A. John Runyan is a shareholder and President of Peergroup.  Mr. Runyan is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance.  From 1997 through 2002, he served as a financial/marketing analyst for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company, a Palo Alto based national brokerage firm, valuing and marketing commercial real estate properties.  From 2002 through 2007, he served as a senior financial analyst for Colliers International, Inc., a Boston based international brokerage firm analyzing and evaluating commercial real estate properties.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of California’s Department of Real Estate.

Salvador Artiga is a Property Supervisor for Peergroup.  Salvador has been an employee of Peergroup since July of 1996.  He started out as a part of the maintenance staff before being promoted to a property supervisor position.  With his background in maintenance and repair work, Salvador is both adept with his hands in making repairs and talented with his administrative and social skills in handling paperwork and tenant complaints for items that need repair and rents need collecting. These skills allow Mr. Artiga to oversee the largest single portfolio of properties within the Peergroup supervisory staff.

Nestor Hernandez is a Property Supervisor for Peergroup.  Nestor has been an employee of Peergroup since January of 2002.  Mr. Hernandez is responsible for the welfare of numerous properties within the Peergroup portfolio.  His responsibilities include rent collection, maintenance, marketing and leasing. Nestor proved himself as a diligent employee performing maintenance prior to being promoted to his current position, and he is approaching his supervisory duties with the same energy and enthusiasm.

Luisa Hester is the Accounting Manager for Peergroup.  Luisa has been an employee of Peergroup since August of 1998.  Luisa was promoted to the position of Accounting Manager in early 2004 after proving herself capable of handling a diverse workload filled with deadlines.  She has never met an accounts payable (or receivable) that she didn’t like.

Carina Marentes is the Office Manager for Peergroup.  Carina has worked in the Peergroup corporate offices for over 5 year and learned the administrative ropes under one of her friends, who relocated out of state.  Carina has demonstrated that she was more than ready to take on the duties of Office Manager.  As such, she oversees all administrative details, lease administration, and she is the liaison with the various Housing Authorities that administer Section 8 programs.

Georgia Rivera is the Assistant Bookkeeper for Peergroup.  Georgia has been with Peergroup since August of 2006.  Georgia has a strong work ethic and a dedication to meeting the many deadlines that the Accounting Department faces each month.  She has been training under Luisa, and has shown a strong grasp of the administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
